1. Check your PC, if the device and PC connection is good.
2. Check your system, maybe the Kess V2 software can’t run in your PC system, then you should use the WIn XP we sent you in the CD, and do the process as the video shows.
3. This error picture may remind you the device damaged, then you should use the “j-link” repair the CPU. if it not working either, sent back to us fix.
