1. Vehicle Linking Error (Problem)
A communication occurs when the scan tool fails to communicate with the vehicle’s ECU. You need to do the following to check up:

Verify the ignition is ON.
Check if the scan tool’s OBD II connector is well connected to the vehicle’s DLC.
Verify whether the vehicle is OBD II compliant.
Turn the ignition OFF and wait for about 10 seconds, and then turn it back to ON and proceed the testing.

2. Operation Error
